All products are digital or energetically delivered. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping address is required.

Manual access
After checkout, your manual is available directly on the thank-you page. We will also email you a link so you can access it later.

Attunement delivery
Your attunement is prepared to order and delivered via chi ball within 3 business days. Activation instructions are provided in the manual.

Custom and made-to-order products
Some products are made to order. Because each manual is written from scratch and tailored specifically to you, it is not available for instant download.

Your completed manual, along with any associated chi balls or spirit companions, will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks of purchase.
